Prices

The Prices on the website are our current prices. However, they are subject to change.

How to Order

Orders can be made in the following ways:

 

Deliveries to Ireland & Northern Ireland

We use the services of a third party courier service who offer a 48 hour nationwide delivery service. Collection is available free of charge from our Dublin location at D17CH24.

 

Pick Up from Warehouse

Please ring us in advance on 01 862 3852 before organising a trip out to us. The warehouse is open Monday to Friday from 9.00am to 5.00pm.

UK and European Mainland Customers

We do ship orders to UK and Europe however shipping can be expensive especially to the UK. We determine a shipping cost based on the contents of the order.

Payment / Credit Accounts

Generally, purchases need to be paid in advance of shipping. Payment can be made by Laser, Credit Card, Cheque, Bank Draft or Postal Order.

We aim to carry all items in stock so dispatch should be within 2 to 3 days of receiving an order. If any item is out of stock we will contact the customer to advise.

Shortage or Damages in Delivery

Any obvious damage to a box on delivery should be noted with the courier and we should be notified straight away.

Any damaged product discovered after taking delivery should be notified to us within 3 working days.

Any shortage in a delivery should also be notified to us within 3 working days.

Returns Policy

Unopened / unused goods can be returned with a full refund. Please contact our office 01 862 3852. This will not effect your statutory rights.​

Therapist Recommendations

There are certain products for which we strongly recommend that you only purchase if you have received input from a professional therapist. These products include weighted products and deep pressure products.

​

Availability of Stock

We aim to carry sufficient stock levels to ensure that products are dispatched within 2 to 3 days of receiving an order. Products that are out of stock will be placed on a back order and delivered as soon as possible.
