Sensory Activity Station – Tactile Hand Mirror
A bright, interactive station combining a mirror with colourful, textured hand shapes to encourage touch, visual exploration, imitation and sensory play.
 
Designed for early learners and students with intellectual disabilities or additional sensory and communication needs, the station can support body awareness, hand–eye coordination, colour recognition, engagement and shared interaction.
 
There is no single “correct” way to use it—students can explore independently or enjoy supported play with an adult or peer.
